Developing Emotional Intelligence takes time. Seriously, ask anyone who knows anything about it. You can't develop your EQ in a hurry. Neither can you do it by just being taught information. It's a lot like physical fitness that way; knowing you need to excercise wont make you fitter – you actually have to get up and hit the gym. In the same way, to develop your EQ, you need to practice ... daily. This is where the genius of micro learning meets the intrinsic needs of EQ development. The Mygrow Methodology is simple. Every day you will receive a daily session, what we call a droplet. Each individual Mygrow droplet will aggregate into modules and courses to progressively develop your competencies over sustained periods of time.
